Kevin is a leading small business M&A advisor, former Wall Street analyst, and global consumer industry expert. He was previously a Director at global investment bank Evercore and member of Wall Street’s top-ranked analyst team to cover both the consumer packaged goods (CPG) and restaurant sectors (Institutional Investor). Thomson Reuters once named his team the #1 Stock Pickers in the Food sector. His team covered companies such as Kraft Heinz, General Mills, Hershey, Mondelez, Keurig Dr. Pepper, McDonald’s, Chipotle, Domino’s Pizza, Darden, Starbucks, Yum! Brands, and Tyson Foods.

Before Wall Street, Kevin worked for GlaxoSmithKline’s Consumer Healthcare division as a Nielsen on-site. He led data and research projects for brands such as Breathe Right, Abreva, Alli, Tums, and Aquafresh. Projects included source of volume, SKU rationalization, shopping decision tree, assortment, and demographic use-case studies. He later joined Nielsen’s Wall Street Group where he consulted investment banks, hedge funds, private equity, and venture capital firms. There Kevin authored the SQL code that defines much of the syndicated market share data relied on by CPG and retail professionals today. He began his consumer career at Brand Connections, an omni-channel media and marketing agency since acquired by Advantage Solutions.

Kevin’s analyst career has taken him from industrial bakeries, to protein shake R&D facilities, to the cattle ranches of Hawaii, even to the inner hull of a Dole produce freighter. He has written thousands of pages of research covering IPOs, M&A, corporate cost structures, marketing, supply chain, trade promotion and advertising efficiency, emerging category trends, and long-term corporate strategy.

Kevin is a committee member and former board director of SRNY — owner of the oldest restaurant in New York City, Fraunces Tavern. He also spent 10+ years as Crew Chief and vehicle operator in emergency medicine and rescue — including for the New York Giants and New York Jets. Kevin graduated with distinction from Penn State University with a B.S. in Finance.

Kevin is currently on assignment in Amsterdam, Netherlands for a US-based multi-national.
